Ocean PVC Co.,Ltd. is used to be a small store which was built in 1992 and specialised in high frequency heat welding products to sell to domestic beauty factory.In 2001 we start to build and manage the factory for international business.Nowadays we export about 5,000,000usd to more than 30 countries every year.
